Firestarters don’t just generate ideas, they ignite 🔥 forward motion. They ask the right questions, connect patterns, and help teams move from ambiguity to clear direction. That’s the role I tend to play in my work.

I’ve spent 14+ years leading digital products and teams, from launching and scaling mobile apps to redesigning complex systems and aligning organizations around what to build next.

Most often, I step into situations where something isn’t clicking — when there are a lot of ideas, but no shared path forward, or when teams are struggling to translate strategy into execution.
